Research Results

Recently, a formal independent customer attitude research study was commissioned by D&S Manufacturing. The following represents a sampling of the results.

Based on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being Excellent, D&S’s Sales personnel received a rating of 4.74 in Knowledge of capabilities.

Utilizing a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being Excellent, customers awarded D&S’s Sales personnel a score of 4.38 for Creative problem solving.

Based on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being Excellent, D&S’s Sales personnel received a rating of 4.27 for Technical assistance.

Utilizing a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being Excellent, participants awarded D&S’s Customer Service personnel a rating of 4.63 for Knowledge of capabilities.

Based on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being Excellent, D&S’s Engineering garnered an overall rating of 4.46.

D&S received an overall Quality rating of 4.36 on a 1 to 5 scale, with 5 being Excellent.

Competitive pricing, Customer service, Knowledgeable employees, Prompt responsiveness and Quality were all cited as the company’s greatest advantages over competitors.

When compared directly to specific competitors, D&S was consistently rated Better in the areas of Large part capabilities, Quotation turnaround time and Customer service.
