D&S Manufacturing’s diverse production capabilities enable us to manufacture a broad spectrum of large and weighty components, as well as complex weldments featuring more than 100 parts, with a quality driven and cost-effective approach unrivaled by any of our competitors.

Our equipment resources include both vertical and horizontal machining centers able to accommodate parts as large as 17,000 lbs. And, through the utilization of the latest manual and robotic MIG, TIG and hard wire technologies, our experienced crew will expertly weld parts as large as 12' x 16' x 6' and as heavy as 5 tons.

In addition, D&S will also efficiently complete laser, plasma and oxy-fuel cutting operations, as well as liquid spray painting and shot blasting, to reduce production costs and shorten project lead times.
