To meet the ever increasing demands for large, complex weldments, we have installed an additional robotic welding cell.  This Wolf Robotics integrated weld cell is a sky hook configuration with a six axis ABB robot mounted on a linear travel track.  The positioner is capable of manipulating 11,000 lb weldments and has a work envelope of 100" x 142".  This robotic cell pairs well with our machining capabilities offered by our Okuma MCR bridge mill.
