Black River Falls, Wis. — Michael Dougherty, President of D&S Manufacturing, recently announced the company's acceptance of a 2010 supplier excellence award from Parkson Corporation. "For the past three decades, D&S has forged a strong partnership with Parkson Corporation based on cooperation, accountability and trust. We are very proud to once again be the recipient of this prestigious award," he stated.
According to D&S Customer Account Manager Brian Flick, Parkson's annual award recognizes suppliers for their commitment to quality and performance based on criteria such as on-time delivery rates, low warranty costs and end-user feedback. "D&S works closely with Parkson's engineering team by providing design recommendations that improve efficiency and reduce expense in the manufacturing process while maximizing product performance. We also offer ultimate flexibility in meeting challenging lead time requirements," he commented.
D&S is responsible for the production of major Parkson water treatment systems, including Rotostrainer®, Rotoshear® and Hydroscreens®, which are shipped directly to locations throughout the world.
